Technical Process & Execution
Pre-Production & Setup
I coordinated the logistics of transporting our photogrammetry rig from Los Angeles to San Francisco, ensuring all equipment arrived safely and on schedule. Working alongside Alexx Henry, we established our scanning array directly on the basketball court, calibrating the system for the specific lighting conditions and spatial constraints of the commercial shoot environment. On-Set Production
During the shoot, I managed the technical workflow, coordinating with the commercial production team to maximize our capture time with Curry. The photogrammetry array—a synchronized multi-camera system—captured Curry from multiple angles simultaneously, creating the comprehensive data set needed for 3D reconstruction.
Testing and validation were critical; we ran multiple capture sequences to ensure data quality before the talent was released, as any gaps in coverage would be impossible to recapture given the compressed production timeline. Post-Production Pipeline
The captured imagery was processed through our photogrammetry pipeline, generating a detailed 3D avatar that preserved Curry's likeness, movement, and the texture details of the Curry 5 footwear. This digital asset was then optimized for multiple deployment scenarios—from high-resolution commercial use to real-time web rendering.
