Infinity Festival is described as "the ultimate convergence of story enabled by technology," connecting Hollywood's top creative talent with innovators in emerging tech. The festival has evolved from a traditional entertainment conference into a living showcase of AI, art, and innovation, with the Monolith Awards at its heart celebrating excellence in visualization, virtual art departments, game-engine powered real-time production, and AI-driven creativity. Team Computer's work centered on brand positioning, content strategy, and digital presentation for both Infinity Festival Hollywood and its prestigious Monolith Awards program, leading the festival's transformation into the premier platform for AI-driven creativity and storytelling innovation in entertainment technology.
Website & Digital Brand Direction
Led the comprehensive overhaul of Infinity Festival's digital presence, incorporating AI visuals and clips into the homepage video, prominently highlighting sponsors including Z by HP, NVIDIA, and Intel, and integrating a GPT-powered text box titled "GPT IS HERE" to showcase conversational AI capabilities. The website redesign included navigation restructuring, visual hierarchy refinement, typography updates, and reorganization of leadership presentation (Co-Chairs, Hosts, Guest Hosts). A new "Monolith Awards" section was developed featuring Executive Producer Dane Smith, positioning the work at the center of Infinity Festival's digital storytelling by blending emerging technology into its core brand narrative. The digital strategy emphasized how AI and real-time technologies were reshaping the entertainment production landscape.
Monolith Awards Development & Positioning
Developed and curated content defining Monolith Award categories, jurors, and communication strategy across 14 key areas including Gaming Tech: Audio-Driven Narrative, Excellence in UX, Visionary Innovation, Virtual Art Department, Real-Time Production, AI Technical & Creative Achievement, and the Nexus Award: Excellence in Applied Technology. The awards program, overseen by Executive Producer Dane Smith, assembled a globally diverse panel of jurors from major industry players including Paramount, Netflix, Narwhal Studios, Cuebric, and Hexagram—many working in XR, AI, or real-time production. This positioning reinforced the awards' credibility and alignment with technological leadership and inclusivity in creative industries, celebrating previous winners such as Avatar: The Way of Water, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and Refik Anadol's Living Paintings.
Impact & Festival Evolution
The brand and digital strategy work transformed Infinity Festival's identity from a Hollywood-Silicon Valley collaboration into a tech-art nexus recognized as the leading platform for AI-driven creativity. The comprehensive approach to website architecture, sponsor integration, and awards program positioning established Infinity Festival as the premier gathering place for exploring technology's role in the evolution of storytelling. Historical materials from 2021–2023, including prospectuses and sponsorship packages, demonstrate the festival's continuity and growth trajectory. The integration of AI themes into festival branding and communications positioned Infinity Festival at the forefront of conversations about artificial intelligence's impact on entertainment production, creative workflows, and the future of immersive storytelling experiences.
