CaseCapture AI™ was developed as a comprehensive legal technology platform designed to deliver compliant marketing intelligence and empathetic AI intake for law firms handling class action and mass tort cases. The creative challenge involved building a complete brand identity, user experience, and investor presentation for a platform addressing a critical gap in the legal industry: firms flooded with thousands of inquiries must move quickly to qualify real victims while maintaining strict compliance standards. The project encompassed brand identity design, product design, pitch deck development, and a working prototype targeting the $10B+ US legal intake market, positioning CaseCapture AI™ as the first trauma-informed, compliance-first platform for legal client acquisition.
Brand Identity Design & Visual System
The brand identity development established CaseCapture AI™ as a professional, trustworthy platform at the intersection of legal compliance and human empathy. The visual identity system included logo design, typography selection, color palette development, and iconography that balanced the precision required for legal technology with warmth appropriate for trauma-informed client interactions. The design system incorporated clean sans-serif typography for clarity and accessibility, a structured grid system for information hierarchy, and a color palette that conveyed both technological sophistication and approachability. Brand messaging centered on the tagline "Capture. Intake. Qualify. Scale. Repeat."—communicating the platform's comprehensive approach to the entire client acquisition funnel. The visual language needed to appeal to two distinct audiences: law firm partners evaluating enterprise software and vulnerable plaintiffs seeking justice, requiring careful consideration of tone, accessibility, and emotional intelligence in every brand touchpoint.
Product Design & User Experience
The prototype interface design addressed complex workflow requirements across campaign creation, AI-powered intake, compliance monitoring, and analytics dashboards. User experience design focused on reducing friction in the marketing-to-intake pipeline through intuitive campaign builders, multi-channel engagement tools, and real-time lead qualification systems. The platform featured trauma-informed AI avatars designed with empathetic language patterns, secure portal experiences for sensitive client interactions, and CRM integration interfaces that connected seamlessly with existing legal workflows. Dashboard design prioritized compliance visibility, ROI tracking, and lead qualification metrics—enabling law firms to oversee the complete funnel and adjust targeting instantly. The UX architecture automated complex processes including red-flag detection, eligibility screening, and compliant handoffs from AI to human intake specialists while maintaining transparency and control for legal teams.
Investor Presentation & Market Positioning
The seed round presentation developed comprehensive market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial projections presented through clear data visualization and strategic narrative. The deck communicated a tiered SaaS business model with subscription pricing at $2,000/month, per-case volume fees, and enterprise custom packages—projecting growth from 40 accounts and $420K revenue in year one to 200 accounts and $2M ARR by year three. Visual storytelling illustrated the four key differentiators: trauma-informed AI with compliance guardrails, automated red-flag detection, lead enrichment with real-time optimization, and integrated platform architecture replacing fragmented agency relationships. Creative execution balanced technical credibility with emotional resonance, demonstrating how AI could improve access to justice while protecting vulnerable populations. The presentation successfully positioned CaseCapture AI™ as design for good—using technology to transform legal intake from a traditionally manual, agency-dependent process into an automated, compliant, and scalable system that serves both law firms and the plaintiffs seeking justice.
