Production Partner
Team Computer partnered with Oberland Agency as a production and post-production partner across multiple high-impact campaigns between 2022 and 2024. The collaboration focused on purpose-driven creative storytelling for higher education, social advocacy, and environmental justice. Serving as Executive Producer, the partnership handled end-to-end execution on campaign video production, post delivery, and finishing for three primary accounts: University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), The Nature Conservancy's NYC Trees Campaign, and the ACLU "Transcripts" digital campaign. These projects represented a shared ethos between Oberland and Team Computer, earning recognition for technical precision, emotional clarity, and alignment with institutional missions.
University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) – "Succeed Again" Campaign
Team Computer led production and photography execution for UMGC's "Succeed Again" testimonial campaign, creating two to four video vignettes for their adult education initiative. The project scope included casting, art direction, storyboarding, and rights management, with deliverables comprising :30, :15, and :06 edits plus integrated photo assets. The goal was to reframe UMGC's brand identity around modern adult learners, emphasizing resilience, second chances, and empowerment. Director Johnny Andow and photographer Cade Martin captured authentic testimonials, with post-production handled by Alkemy X under the supervision of producers Ryan Sun and Mark Reidenauer. The production budget totaled approximately $110,000, with Team Computer overseeing testimonial development, production logistics, and post-QC supervision to ensure consistency with UMGC's established campaign messaging.
The Nature Conservancy – NYC Trees Campaign (2022)
For The Nature Conservancy's NYC Trees Brand Campaign, Team Computer executed Phase 1 and 2 development of a creative initiative designed to increase urban environmental engagement and awareness around green infrastructure. Deliverables included a creative brief with three campaign concepts, distribution plan, 30-second PSA video, print and digital advertising, out-of-home placements, and influencer-driven social content. The project followed a structured timeline from creative brief delivery in April through final asset completion in July, with a total budget of $67,500. The campaign aimed to connect urban audiences with the environmental and health benefits of city tree canopy preservation and expansion.
ACLU "Transcripts" Digital Campaign
Team Computer handled digital production, UX design, and interactive storytelling for the ACLU "Transcripts" campaign in collaboration with Oberland. The project created an interactive timeline platform that collected and displayed personal "Trans Scripts"—stories from trans and nonbinary individuals documenting their lives beyond gender transitions. The web experience integrated historical milestones and ACLU's ongoing trans justice work into an immersive digital narrative. Oberland led strategy and creative direction while Team Computer executed the interactive storytelling architecture. The work aimed to shift narratives around gender identity from medical transitions to full, human stories of self-expression and resilience, demonstrating how digital platforms can amplify marginalized voices and advance social justice advocacy.
