When The Aces prepared to launch their single "Sleepy Eyes," they needed more than just another music release—they wanted an immersive experience that would bring fans closer to the band while creating authentic buzz around the new track. The goal was to transform a traditional promotional campaign into an interactive event that felt personal, playful, and genuine to The Aces' brand identity.
Our Solution
We partnered with Red Bull Media House to produce a live-streamed sleepover experience that brought fans directly into the fun. The multi-camera production featured professional motion graphics, seamless picture-in-picture transitions, and broadcast-quality production values that elevated the intimate sleepover concept into a premium viewing experience. The evening included interactive elements like game night competitions, live raffles, and an authentic Q&A session where The Aces connected directly with their audience. Fans weren't just watching—they were participating, with the band actively engaging with comments and creating spontaneous moments like asking "who's bringing the beads to our party so we can make friendship bracelets!" To amplify fan involvement, we developed a UGC campaign inviting supporters to submit their own sleepover videos dancing and celebrating to "Sleepy Eyes." The Aces personally selected winners for the most adorable submissions, adding a layer of recognition that made fans feel truly seen by their favorite band.
The Results
The campaign achieved remarkable engagement, drawing several thousand live attendees to the virtual sleepover event. The authentic, unscripted moments between the band and their community created the kind of genuine connection that can't be manufactured. We maximized the content's lifespan by creating strategic cutdowns for social media, transforming the live event into dozens of micro-content pieces that kept the conversation alive across platforms. The UGC submissions provided additional authentic content that we distributed across The Aces' social channels, creating a feedback loop of fan excitement and participation. The campaign successfully positioned "Sleepy Eyes" not just as a new single, but as a shared experience between The Aces and their devoted fanbase—exactly the kind of emotional connection that turns casual listeners into lifelong supporters.
